In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "33game", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 33game platform, its operators, and its affiliated entities operating the website at https://33game.ws.
• "Platform" means the 33game website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any software made available to Users in connection with the gaming services.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or makes use of any part of the 33game Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon completing the 33game registration process.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a User's Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or USDT where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matching deposits credited to an Account as part of a 33game promotion, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games before they become eligible for withdrawal as real-money funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process conducted by 33game, typically involving submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC or equivalent identification document.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any territory in which the use of online gaming services is prohibited under applicable local law.

By accessing the 33game Platform, creating an Account, or using any of the services offered on the Platform — including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and jackpot games — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

These Terms apply to all services accessible via 33game Login, including the main casino lobby, cricket betting section, slot games, jackpot games, live dealer games, and any future products or features added to the Platform.

Access to 33game is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

33game reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation at any time, not only at the withdrawal stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe stipulated in the verification request will result in Account suspension pending resolution.

To access the full range of 33game services, you must create an Account by completing the registration process via the 33game Login page. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You will promptly notify 33game of any changes to your registration information.
• You will not register more than one Account under any circumstances. Each individual Pakistani user is permitted a single active Account only.
• You will not register using a false identity, an identity belonging to another person, or any automated registration method.

33game reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons. Where duplicate accounts are identified — whether created intentionally or otherwise — 33game reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all accounts associated with the same individual, and to void any transactions or bonuses associated with those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 33game Login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP — strongly recommended for all Pakistani users managing a PKR balance on the Platform.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or customer support agents (33game will never ask for your password).
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 33game customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

33game shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account. Any transactions completed using your 33game Login credentials — whether authorised by you or not — shall be deemed to have been made by you, unless you have notified 33game of a suspected compromise prior to those transactions being completed.

33game accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which are available to Pakistani users:

• JazzCash — Mobile wallet deposits processed in PKR.
• EasyPaisa — Mobile wallet deposits processed in PKR.
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — Bank transfer deposits in PKR.
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — Bank transfer deposits in PKR.
• Meezan Bank — Islamic banking-compliant bank transfer in PKR.
• Raast — Pakistan's instant digital payment system.
• USDT (Tether) — Cryptocurrency deposits for users who prefer digital asset transactions.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

33game does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any fees levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider in connection with deposits to your 33game Account.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is released.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money Balance (Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements are not withdrawable).
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section.
• 33game targets withdrawal processing within 24–72 hours of a verified request, subject to payment provider processing times.

33game reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or in cases where unusual account activity has been detected. During such reviews, the withdrawal amount will be held pending satisfactory completion of the review process.

33game offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin equivalents, and special event promotions tied to PSL cricket and other major sporting events. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to Users who have a fully registered and verified Account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer carries its own specific wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry date, which are detailed in the individual promotion terms at the time of the offer.
• Bonus Funds are separate from real-money Balance and are used first when placing wagers, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• 33game reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly.

33game employs bonus abuse detection systems. Any User found to be exploiting promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or coordinated play with other Users — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their Account suspended.

33game operates a casino and sports betting platform that uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games. All RNG systems used on the Platform are independently tested and certified by recognised gaming testing laboratories. This ensures that all game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by 33game or any third party.

For live casino games, outcomes are determined by physical processes — card draws, roulette wheel spins, dice throws — conducted by human dealers on live video streams. These processes are governed by the game studio's own certified procedures.

For cricket betting and other sports markets, 33game uses data from official sporting authorities to settle bets. In the event of a dispute regarding a sporting result, the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body — such as the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for PSL markets — will be final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33game Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and permanent Account closure:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after losses have been incurred through legitimate gameplay.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the accounts of other Users.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.

33game actively monitors Platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, 33game reserves the right to immediately restrict Account functionality, withhold pending withdrawals, and conduct a full investigation before determining any further action.

33game is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of the Platform. We recognise that for a small number of users, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Users from their Account settings panel, accessible after 33game Login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from 33game.
• Modify, create derivative works of, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform software.
• Use the 33game brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33game and its operators, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss or damage arising from interruptions, downtime, maintenance, or technical failures affecting the Platform.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your 33game Login credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information or content provided on the Platform.
• Any gambling losses incurred through legitimate use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 33game's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

33game collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Users in connection with account registration, KYC verification, and platform use. The collection and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this Agreement.

By creating a 33game Account and accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety. You are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy carefully before proceeding with registration. Key points include:

• Personal data — including CNIC details, contact information, and transaction records — is collected for identity verification, regulatory compliance, and service delivery purposes.

• Pakistani users have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

33game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Conduct that 33game reasonably believes constitutes fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage.
• At the request of the Account holder via the self-exclusion tool or account closure request.
• For operational, legal, or regulatory reasons at 33game's sole discretion.

Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance that has not been subject to a bonus restriction or investigation hold will be returned to the Account holder via the most recent verified payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion. Bonus Funds not yet meeting their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 33game customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be actioned within 48 hours of verification of your identity.

33game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 33game will take reasonable steps to notify registered Users — which may include a notification displayed upon your next 33game Login, an email to your registered address, or a notice posted on the Platform.

Amendments take effect at the time they are published on this page unless a later effective date is specified in the amendment notice. These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 33game's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming licensing framework.

In the event of any dispute between you and 33game relating to your Account, a transaction, a game outcome, or these Terms, you should first attempt to resolve the matter through 33game's customer support team. The vast majority of disputes raised by Pakistani users — particularly those relating to deposits, withdrawals, and bonus queries — are resolved at this level without the need for formal proceedings.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally through customer support, the matter may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body under 33game's applicable gaming licence. 33game will cooperate fully with any such process.
